Katherine June (Kathy) Andrews, 60 of Walnut Ridge, passed away Tuesday January 24, 2012.

Born April 24, 1951 in Walnut Ridge, daughter of Jimmie and Evelyn Ward Whitmire. She was a homemaker and a member of the Light Church of Christ.

She was united in marriage to Johnnie Theodore Andrews on March 7, 1969. She is preceded in death by her father and husband.

Survivors include two sons, John and Kim, Jason and Charity Andrews all of Walnut Ridge; her mother, Evelyn Whitmire of Walnut Ridge; six grandchildren, Tyler, Hayden, Savannah, Jacie, Zoey and Mikki Jo Andrews all of Walnut Ridge; three brothers, David and Janice, Donnie and Teresa Whitmire all of Springdale, Chris and Lorra Whitmire of Clover Bend; and many other relatives and friends.
