Billy Joe (Wild Bill) McCrory, 81, of Walnut Ridge, passed away Wednesday, January 04, 2012 at his home.

Born February 12, 1930 in Lawrence County, son of William H. and Mary Gaines McCrory. He was a farmer.

He was united in marriage to Lorene Duncan July 11, 1966 who preceded him in death September 19, 1996. He was also preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include four daughters, Carolyn Allen of Hardy, Joyce Dement and Brenda Moore both of Jonesboro and Dletta Doyle of Sedgwick; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
